Traditional methods of service delivery are cumbersome and outdated on our customers. As the world transitions from on-site operations to a remote workforce, the approach to service delivery must be reimagined. With over 30 years of experience providing IT services to government and commercial customers, we have set out to fix this. We aim to offer innovative methods for delivering IT services that support our customer’s desired outcomes and provide access to world-class IT experts.

Our organization has consistently demonstrated excellence in professional services, backed by a proven track record of successful project deliveries. This unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency has established us as a trusted leader in our industry, offering innovative solutions that exceed expectations and drive tangible results.
Collaborating with a major media company, we identified misconfigurations and improved their Cribl pipelines' performance, reducing memory use by 17GB per node. Their Cribl system processed over 5TB of data daily across 20 nodes. By shrinking EC2 image sizes, we saved the company over 15% on their Cribl infrastructure costs.
Media Corporation
Developed a NERC-CIP compliant Splunk environment for a major utilities client, ensuring systematic data collection, high availability, and fault tolerance. The established data collection protocols not only passed the NERC-CIP-007 evaluation on the first attempt but also created a benchmark for future standards.
Utilities
Worked with a regional bank to implement Splunk Enterprise Security, greatly reducing risks and improving SOC operations. Adopting our content delivery lifecycle methodology, the team reduced use case onboarding from weeks to days. This not only helped in identifying new threats but also in responding more effectively to known malicious activities.
Banking
Configured and deployed a Cribl environment, transforming raw data into an OCSF-compliant security data lake for a large financial firm. Worked closely with both the client and industry experts to create detailed data mappings and standards. This collaboration facilitated the development of enhanced use cases, streamlined security operations, and reduced the firm's risk profile.
